Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing properties. If you love people and have the gift of gab....this is the job for you.Duties as Leasing:- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in person- Assist with the application process, including collecting necessary documents and conducting background checks- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during the lease term- Collaborate with property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations- Utilize property management software (such as OneSite) to track leasing activities and maintain accurate recordsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or property management is a plus- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles- Strong knowledge of leasing laws and regulations- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with tenants and property owners- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with property maintenance processes is preferredIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Leasing Agent.
