Thank you, and I look forward to connecting.Job Details:Title: Senior HRIS AnalystLocation: Columbia, TNHours: Full timeLength of Engagement: PermanentRate: Competitive and Dependent on ExperienceSchedule: HybridThis job will have the following responsibilities:• Researches the resolution of system issues.• Creates, implements and monitors interfaces.• Backs up HRIS payroll processes.• Backs up HRIS Analyst.• Trouble shoots issues, implements steps, processes or practices to resolve issues.• Submits and works INFOR tickets.• Designs and develops complex reports for end users.• Provides training and instruction to end users in HR on system functionality.• Develops and managers IPAs and makes configuration console changes in the HRIS system.Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in relative field preferred• Minimum of 3 years related experience required• HRIS system experience preferred• Programming experience preferred
