SERVICE MANAGER

•Train all service/parts staff to promote customer satisfaction.•Set department objectives that align with dealership objectives.•Hire, train and evaluate service/parts staff.•Dispatching of all work to technicians•Maintain daily, monthly reports as required by dealership management.•Coordinate repairs and maintenance of all service equipment.•Make sure the customer service experience meets dealership expectations.•Ensure the service staff is kept up to date on technical issues and up to date on all products.•Be accountable for the department budget.•Oversee used vehicle reconditioning and meet time to frontline guidelines.•Work cooperatively with the sales departmentMUST PASS DRUG TEST AND HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSESLED CHECK REQUIREDJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Life insuranceWork Location: In person
