This role is pivotal in driving the digital transformation of the AEC/O industry, with a focus on B2B SaaS companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing digital demand generation best practices, including paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing, to attract and convert high-quality leads. Collaboration with marketing teams across multiple brands is essential to ensure the adoption of these practices and their alignment with business objectives. The role also involves utilizing data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in demand generation and digital marketing within the B2B SaaS space, preferably in US-based companies or digital marketing agencies. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a deep domain expertise in digital marketing, proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems, and a strong analytical background with experience in A/B testing. Collaborative leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to manage large marketing budgets and agency relationships.
