Accreditation Officer (AU Financial, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience in loan processing or accreditations, preferably in an Aggregator or bank or financial lending institution. 
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and lending guidelines. 
  • Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices. 

What will you do? 

  • Facilitate the completion of reference checking from previous aggregator  
  • Review of supporting documents required for broker organizations and individual loan writers. 
  • Maintain the data integrity of accreditation related information with our customer relationship management system. 
  • Support and assist the onboarding team to ensure fast and efficient broker onboarding. 
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding team to continually work for ways to improve and develop the accreditation process to ensure we are following the best practice, and to drive these changes within the business.
