D365 Solutions Architect (AU IT, WFH)

Salary: P200,000 to P250,000 (Monthly Package) 

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST) 

What are we looking for? 

We are searching for a passionate, result-driven, seasoned consultant with 10+ years technology experience to join our client's highly agile, collaborative, and skilled Delivery Team.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in solution design, including D365 CE & BC/Power Platform implementation and integration with other systems such as Digital Contact Centre.
  • Proficiency in high-level data management/migration and understanding of IT project methodologies/lifecycle.
  • Functional knowledge of MS Cloud technology and its applications.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CE applications (sales, marketing, customer service, field service) and Power Platform components (model-driven apps, canvas apps, power automate, Power BI, Power Apps Portals, Power virtual agents, AI builder, etc.)
  • Leadership roles in D365 CE/Power Platform implementations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various Dynamics 365 applications and their integration with other business systems.

What will you do? 

The Solution Architect will be a dedicated, experienced professional that will be an escalation point for all delivery resources. Combining both technical leadership with customer advocacy and solution design, you will be the vital link between our technical teams and clients, offering risk mitigation and expertise as we develop and implement comprehensive solutions.

  • Developing end-to-end solution designs, incorporating a range of D365 CE components.
  • Providing technical leadership on emerging risks and issues in areas like migration, consolidation, standardization, automation, virtualization, and integration of various technologies.
  • Ensuring all technology decisions align with both commercial and technical success criteria to support the business solution
  • Crafting innovative solutions that meet complex business requirements, considering factors like performance, scalability, data security, operational effectiveness, cost, and time to market.
  • Understand the commercial constraints and ensure all technology decisions satisfy commercial and technical success criteria
  • Defining and governing technical direction and strategy internally and across project teams
  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
