Financial Admin (AU Investment Specialist- Insurance, Home-based)

Salary Package: P50,000- P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)

  • Minimum 2 years in Australian Financial Services, particularly in KYC and customer service.

What will you do?

As an Investment Placement & Administration Specialist, you will ensure efficient setup of client investment accounts and facilitate purchases of investment products like managed funds, ETFs, and term deposits. This role requires strict adherence to regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong English skills, attention to detail, and a passion for precision in investment operations.

  • Account Set-Up: Create and administer client investment accounts in compliance with rigorous regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Investment Broking: Facilitate the purchase of various investment products on behalf of clients, such as managed funds, ETFs, term deposits, and other financial instruments.
  • Platform Proficiency: Develop expertise in utilizing investment platforms to execute investment orders accurately.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and maintained for client accounts and investment transactions.
  • Communication: Collaborate with clients, investment advisors, and internal teams to clarify account information and facilitate investment transactions.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of account data and investment transactions, making necessary corrections.
  • Compliance: Stay current with financial regulations and ensure strict compliance with all relevant rules and standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to account set-up and investment transactions.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to investment accounts and transactions.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients regarding investment inquiries and concerns.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance investment account set-up and broking processes for efficiency and accuracy in a highly regulated environment.
