Salesforce Developer (AU Mortgage, WFH)

Salary: PHP 150,000 - 178,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM to 03:00 PM Manila Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Development Tools: Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning: Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning framework and the ability to develop and deploy custom Lightning components.
  • Database Skills: Proficiency in writing SQL queries and understanding of relational databases and data models.
  • Integration Skills: Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using tools like MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or custom APIs.
  • Automation and Process Management: Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools like Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow, and Apex Triggers.

What will you do?

  • Custom Development: Develop custom applications and features on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Salesforce Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, third-party applications) using Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and middleware tools.
  • Process Automation: Create and manage automation processes, including workflows, process builder, and flow automation, to streamline business operations.
  • Customization: Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to fit specific business needs.
  • Data Management: Develop and manage solutions for data migration, data validation, and data integration across multiple platforms, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting issues in the Salesforce environment, including bug fixes, performance optimization, and enhancements.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Testing and Deployment: Write unit tests for custom code and ensure proper testing of Salesforce solutions. Support deployments using Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, Salesforce DX).
  • Documentation: Document solutions, technical specifications, and code to ensure clear communication of designs and processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
