Your Opportunity with ECG: Consultant or Senior Consultant

As a consultant or senior consultant at ECG, you’ll be an important part of our consulting team. Not only will you partner with some of the industry’s best to reach your highest goals, but you will also make a real difference in people’s lives and grow personally and professionally while doing so. Your Responsibilities May Include:

Analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting data to inform client recommendations.
Using financial modeling to conduct in-depth analyses and recommend executable strategies.
Drafting project analyses and deliverables.
Conducting stakeholder interviews.
Leading information-gathering efforts.
Assisting in developing and managing work plans, schedules, and budgets.
Defining project analyses and deliverables.
Communicating project progress and seeking input.
Developing depth of technical expertise.
Identifying follow-on opportunities and helping scope and close follow-on engagements.
Assisting in the design and implementation of recommended solutions.
Working closely with multiple project teams and ECG senior consulting leaders.
Taking responsibility for project outcomes.
Communicating effectively with management and executive-level client staff.
Learning about ECG's breadth of solutions and identifying those that reflect personal and professional interests.
Participating in peer and junior staff knowledge development and career advancement.
Demonstrating the ability to excel at consulting while balancing work and personal life.
Acting as an ECG ambassador within personal, professional, and alumni networks.

Our Expectations of You

Strong knowledge of and passion for the healthcare industry
Master’s degree in business administration and/or master's degree in a health-related field
Prior work experience in healthcare consulting and/or hospital administration/operations (1+ years of applicable experience for consultant level; 3+ years for senior consultant level)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
Demonstrated diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative skills
Track record of strong client service
Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibilities
Strong written and verbal presentation skills
Ability to travel at least 40% of the time
