About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Content Development Manager to join our team within the Product organization of Professional Learning. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing subject matter experts who will contribute to our content creation efforts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with these experts, providing them with guidance and editing support throughout the content development process to ensure content meets high standards of quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for curating and/or licensing content from various sources and forming content partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the content production process as well as excellent communication, relationship management, and project management skills.

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The target base pay range for this position is $82k to $116k. This range represents Wiley’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however, the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skills, and competencies.
