You’ll work within HR Marketing team. Our main goal is to attract people from outside by showing them what’s happening inside: our teams, and their innovations, how we collaborate with clients/partners, and more. At the same time, we engage our associates by creating the best internal environment, increasing a sense of a common journey, and facilitating internal communications — not pushy but supportive, not aggressively corporate but humane.

YOU ARE

• A content magician showing excellent copywriting and visualization skills
• Attentive to detail, a Grammar Nazi a bit who finds it nerve-racking when someone misses a comma or uses a hyphen instead of a dash
• The one who can easily transform complicated information into comprehensive and engaging pieces in different textual and visual formats
• A creative thinker generating out-of-the-box ideas and solutions in response to different goals
• Understanding digital marketing channels formats and specifics
• Experienced with visual content editors, able to shoot and edit a simple dope video for Reels or TikTok (as an advantage)
• In constant search for new ideas and creative ways to engage
• Possessing a structured nature and excellent time management skills
• A confident English writer & speaker, with Upper Intermediate level or higher
• Open-minded; willing to learn and cooperate with others to create something really bold

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Creating engaging posts, emails, messages, Reels for SoftServe-owned media, and other digital marketing channels in close cooperation with the local digital marketing team and employer brand specialists; preserving SoftServe Tone of Voice, brand identity, and content strategy
• Suggesting creative ideas and consulting stakeholders in response to their content requests and needs, being the guiding star for them in creating appealing and efficient content
• Navigating and assisting our local experts in planning and creating blog pieces in close cooperation with the digital marketing team
• Researching current trends and content ideas, experimenting with and implementing them in our content strategy
• Being the main subject-matter expert in content
• Developing relevant and bright messages for various local marketing purposes together with the creative team

• Speak on behalf of one of the biggest IT company in Ukraine through versatile content pieces, be our Tone of Voice for the vast external audience of IT community
• Experiment with state-of-art ideas, communication approaches & formats to stay ahead of trends and create statements resonating with the audience
• Create bold things together with quite a big and mature team of like-minded people
