Senior Solution Engineer

Contentful is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to help customers deliver compelling experiences with content at the heart of the conversation. This role involves deep customer engagement and solution presentation.

Skills

Strong presentation skills
Understanding of Digital Marketing KPIs
High degree of emotional intelligence
Experience with front-end design and development

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives through the sales cycle
Conduct technical discovery and product presentations
Build relationships with customer stakeholders
Assist in the completion of RFIs, RFPs, and Security questionnaires
Provide mentorship to junior Solution Engineers

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
