CookUnity is a chef-to-you marketplace connecting talented chefs with consumers. We are in search of a Customer Experience Operations Specialist to optimize our customer experience processes.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day customer and vendor interactions
  • Manage replacements and order escalations
  • Coordinate with carriers and drivers
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Utilize tools to manage customer communications

Education

  • Experience in a CX team
  • Experience in operations or marketplaces
