Customer Experience Operations Specialist
CookUnity is looking for a Customer Experience Operations Specialist dedicated to optimizing processes and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction in a chef-to-you marketplace.

Responsibilities
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly
- Work with the CX team and other departments for smooth order fulfillment
- Utilize tools for customer communications and insights
- Manage order adjustments and inventory discrepancies
- Provide real-time support for delivery issues
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
