Job Purpose: The focus of this position is to support our TV team in the efforts to pitch and place music in television and streaming programs, whilst servicing the diverse needs of your assigned client group.
What You’ll Do:
  • Provide exceptional service to your assigned group of clients in the form of music searches, quotes, music file delivery, and account creation
  • Assist with performance income tracking
  • Review music usage within TV/streaming projects
  • Industry research for new and upcoming opportunities
  • Outbound prospecting
  • Perform music searches to pitch our catalogue to producers and end users
  • Assist with Cue sheet review
  • Field incoming inquiries from prospective clients
  • Process and onboard new clients
  • Attend and co-host events for clients
  • Share feedback on the catalogue and ideas for the development of new releases based on production trends and client requests
Who You Are:
  • Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to consistently work under pressure in a professional manor, excellent problem solver
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Demonstrate experience working effectively in a diverse environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Team player with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Passionate about Music
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience using CRM a plus
  • Some Travel Required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • 7.5-hour business workday but variations in work volume and occasional client events may require extended working hours

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $48,000-$52,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
