About the role...

The Participant Recruitment Coordinator supports the Participant Recruitment and Groups teams by distributing leads, managing accounts, and contacting participants via phone and email. Maintain and expand the use of appointment setting software to increase connection rate. Create, manage, and distribute campaigns and leads in Salesforce. Work closely with partners within and outside of Road Scholar to make inventory adjustments that allow us to accommodate new enrollments. Contact participants to secure their enrollments, update and verify their information, and ensure their questions are answered.

Road Scholar offers a remote-first work environment. The compensation range for this non-exempt/hourly position ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.

You will...

  • Manage appointment setting software by maintaining existing events and creating new events to leverage additional lead generation opportunities.
  • Create sales campaigns from lists of contacts.
  • Distribute campaigns to each member of the Participant Recruitment team.
  • Contact participants to enroll them into programs.
  • Edit orders and apply adjustments when necessary.
  • Manage inventory in Salesforce using reserves.
  • Work closely with providers to adjust program capacities.
  • Monitor and report on lead funnel to ensure team can operate at peak efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Communications team to ensure appointment setting software messaging is clear and effective.
  • Liaise with our Customer Service team providing timely communication regarding participants’ program questions and special requests, to find solutions and encourage enrollments.
  • Create and update resources to keep pace with changes to policy and procedure.
  • Monitor accuracy and productivity and suggest changes when appropriate.
  • Update participant information, such as passport and identification information, address, phone number, special needs, etc.

You need...

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 1-3 equivalent experience; product knowledge highly preferred.
  • Be highly computer literate; experience with software customization and management, ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently required.
  • Analytical skills and high attention to detail essential.
  • Be a polished written, verbal, email and phone communicator.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment to manage competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and deliver high quality results.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-up; extremely accurate; demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize tasks.
  • Organized and self-motivated with high standards for accuracy, customer service and efficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional team environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
