About the role...
The Participant Recruitment Coordinator supports the Participant Recruitment and Groups teams by distributing leads, managing accounts, and contacting participants via phone and email. Maintain and expand the use of appointment setting software to increase connection rate. Create, manage, and distribute campaigns and leads in Salesforce. Work closely with partners within and outside of Road Scholar to make inventory adjustments that allow us to accommodate new enrollments. Contact participants to secure their enrollments, update and verify their information, and ensure their questions are answered.
Road Scholar offers a remote-first work environment. The compensation range for this non-exempt/hourly position ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
