Business Management Analyst

COHO Consulting Group is seeking a Business Management Analyst for process improvement support for a Government client. The role involves collaborating with Directorates and Divisions to enhance organizational processes and facilitate process improvements.

Skills

Strong analytical skills
Effective communication and presentation abilities
Experience with process improvement techniques

Responsibilities

Support usage of the Baldrige Framework for the client's strategic alignment
Analyze and update existing business processes
Facilitate sessions with subject matter experts to propose improvements
Create minutes for meetings and contribute to final documents

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in business, science, engineering or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience
