Sr. Business Management Analyst

COHO Consulting Group is seeking a Sr. Business Management Analyst to support the Government client in process analysis and process improvement. This role includes fostering collaboration, supporting process improvements, and facilitating change.

Skills

Experience with the Baldrige Framework
Presentation and briefing skills
Communication and presentation skills
Experience with process mapping software (e.g. Microsoft Visio)

Responsibilities

Support the customer's usage of the Baldrige Framework
Leverage analysis of client’s procedures for process enhancements
Create plans for process realignment based on research
Analyze and update existing business processes
Deliver executive summaries and case studies of recommendations
Facilitate sessions and data calls with subject matter experts
Perform business analysis and document support strategies
Support logistics solutions requirements analysis

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in business, science or engineering
Minimum 5 years of facilities-related improvement or management experience
