Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking a BIM/GIS Coordinator II to join our Facilities Sector. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experienceas a project engineer, VDC coordinator or relevant experience.This position is for a construction/architectural engineering professional. The BIM/VDC Coordinator works closely with the BIM Manager and the client to implement BIM.

QA/QCo Review CAD/BIM As-Built drawings for compliance and completenesso Review Drawing sets for completenes
GISo Provide support as requested for ArchGIS
Communicationo Direct communication via phone and emails with college teams to track down deliverableso Reporting and tracking to PMO weekly
Travelo Visit colleges as requestedo Interface with college team
BIMo Provide supplemental modeling as requested by the CPT and PMOo Revit BIM models as requested
LIDARo Provide support as requested
Supporto Provide support to college teams/ district/ facilities in finding documents as requested

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related field
1 or more years of experience BIM/VDC coordinator or relevant experience
Requires well rounded experience working with Design and Construction teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD/BlueBeam
Experience with closeout processes.

Salary Range: $63,000 to $71,000 per year

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Work Environment: Onsite
