Job Description:

We are seeking two Administrative Specialists to assist our client with the implementation and management of their software. These positions will focus on administrative tasks such as data input, data extraction, and system support during the transition to the new system and once it goes live. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Input data into the Icare Manager system
  • Extract and organize data into Excel files
  • Attend weekly onboarding calls with the team
  • Assist the on-site team with weekly tasks related to the system
  • Support onboarding of new hires to the system once live
  • Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably with EHR systems
  • Proven 2 years of experience working with US clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
