Director, Portfolio Operations - Data Center Operations

CoreWeave, a specialized cloud provider, is seeking a highly skilled and financially savvy individual for the role of Director of Portfolio Operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of financial operations within the portfolio, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and driving financial performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage capital expenditure budgets for portfolio operations
Monitor energy bills and compare usage to invoices for accuracy
Oversee SG&A expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary targets
Analyze maintenance contracts and service agreements to optimize costs
Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
MBA or CPA preferred
