Develop and manage capital expenditure budgets for portfolio operations

Analyze maintenance contracts and service agreements to optimize costs
Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
MBA or CPA preferred
