The S&OP Director will oversee the creation and timely execution of the Aperture Division’s Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This includes managing demand forecasting, plant supply plans, and finished goods within the Kinaxis Maestro software environment. The role ensures that all stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Procurement) have the necessary data to develop effectiveness business decisions based upon the current S&OP operating plan.
Additionally, the S&OP Director will act as the process owner for the newly deployed Kinaxis Maestro supply chain management software. This involves influencing business leaders to transition standard work into the Kinaxis environment, collaborating to improve the Kinaxis S&OP process, and assisting with the deployment of the S&OE functionality within the organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 to $190,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
