Lead Project Manager - job 1 of 2

Job Description

The lead project manager is responsible for the preparation, planning, and execution of residential commercial installation of stone veneer as well as land or brick and block masonry projects for their assigned portfolio as well as leading a small team of other project managers to achieve installation goals. This is a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationships. Project managers are the primary drivers of quality and timeliness of primarily new construction projects in the residential space, as well as repair and remodel where applicable. In addition, the Senior Project Manager both sets the example of project management excellence in our business and leads and develops others to do the same.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, construction management or similar, or equivalent experience​
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management​
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to travel as required​
  • Solid understanding of the residential & commercial construction process​
  • Past experience in the new construction/remodel industry strongly preferred​
  • Past experience as a mason or in the masonry industry a significant plus
