Plusgrade recherche un(e) gestionnaire de projets expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre son équipe.


Le gestionnaire de projets est responsable du processus de déploiement des nouveaux partenaires et de l'implémentation réussie des produits de classe mondiale de Plusgrade auprès des compagnies aériennes, des compagnies de croisière et des prestataires ferroviaires à l’échelle mondiale. Le candidat idéal possède d'excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership afin de gérer les projets, réduire les risques et coordonner les équipes internes.


Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des partenaires externes, des parties prenantes clés et vous dirigerez nos équipes internes afin d’assurer le lancement réussi des partenaires et d'autres initiatives stratégiques. Ce poste, qui relève du directeur de la gestion de projets, fera appel à une combinaison de connaissances produit et de gestion de projets pour mener à bien les nouveaux lancements, de la signature du contrat jusqu’à la mise en production.


CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :


• Diriger et gérer la livraison de nouvelles initiatives pour les partenaires ainsi que des projets existants en utilisant une combinaison des meilleures pratiques de gestion de projets (processus et outils) et de votre expérience personnelle.

• Définir les périmètres et objectifs des projets, en impliquant les parties prenantes pour garantir la faisabilité.

• Élaborer des calendriers et des étapes détaillés des projets, suivre les progrès et apporter les ajustements nécessaires.

• Fournir un leadership et une expertise pratique en gestion de projets pour garantir la livraison réussie des produits du portefeuille auprès de nos partenaires (généralement de 2 à 5 projets simultanés) dans un environnement SaaS.

• Collaborer étroitement avec les spécialistes produit de la livraison, les spécialistes de la plateforme et les parties prenantes internes sur des aspects techniques et non techniques pour livrer des produits de grande valeur à nos partenaires.

• Faire preuve d’expertise dans l’art et la science de la gestion de projets sur plusieurs domaines, notamment : gouvernance, périmètre, collecte des exigences, gestion des risques, qualité, gestion des problèmes, gestion des délais, communication et gestion des parties prenantes.

• Fournir régulièrement des mises à jour de l’état des projets aux parties prenantes externes et internes ainsi qu’à la direction, en produisant des analyses commerciales relatives à la gestion de projets, telles que des rapports de statut, des journaux de risques et problèmes, des ordres du jour et des comptes-rendus de réunions.

• Faire preuve de compétences exceptionnelles en prise de décision concernant le périmètre, les délais et les ressources.

• Assurer la conformité de tous les projets aux normes de qualité, en respectant les meilleures pratiques et les directives établies.


VOUS ÊTES UNE PERSONNE AVEC :


• 3+ années d’expérience en gestion de projets de mise en œuvre de logiciels, de préférence dans l’industrie des logiciels/commerces électroniques.

• 3+ années d’expérience en contact client dans un environnement technique, avec la capacité de traduire le langage technique en langage commercial.

• Des compétences avérées en leadership et la capacité de bien exécuter sous pression.

• Une expérience dans un environnement complexe, multi-projets avec plusieurs clients est essentielle pour réussir dans ce rôle.

• À l’aise pour communiquer à tous les niveaux de l'organisation, y compris avec les dirigeants d'entreprise et les experts techniques.

• D'excellentes compétences en présentation, animation de réunions et en communication orale et écrite.

• Un profil technique est un atout. Nos gestionnaires de projets travaillent en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs internes et partenaires, comprendre leur langage technique (par exemple, HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, configuration API) est un avantage.

• Une expérience dans les industries du voyage est un atout.

ABOUT THE ROLE:


Plusgrade is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.


The Project Manager is the owner of the new partner deployment process and is primarily responsible for the successful implementation of Plusgrade’s best-in-class products with airlines, cruise lines and rail providers around the globe. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills to help manage projects, mitigate risks, and coordinate with internal teams.


You will work closely with external partners, and key stakeholders, as well as driving our internal teams to  ensure the successful delivery of partner launches and other key initiatives. This position, reporting to the Director, Project Management, will use a blend of product knowledge and project management to drive new launches from the contract signature to go-live. 



WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


• Lead and manage the delivery of new and existing partner initiatives by using a blend of project management best-practices (processes and tools) and personal experience.

• Define project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders to ensure feasibility

• Develop detailed project timelines and milestones, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary

• Provide leadership and hands on project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of the portfolio products to our partners (typically 2 – 5 concurrent projects) in a SaaS based environment.

• Collaborate closely with Delivery Product Specialists, Platform Specialists and internal stakeholders on a technical and non-technical basis to deliver high-value products to our partners.

• Demonstrate expertise in both the art and science of project management across several areas including: governance, scope, requirements gathering,risk, quality, issue management, timeline management, communication and stakeholder management.

• Regularly provide project status updates to both External & Internal Stakeholders and management - producing several project management related business analysis including status reports, issue and risk logs, meeting agendas and meeting minutes. 

• Demonstrating excellent decision-making skills around scope, timelines, and resources.

• Ensure all projects meet quality standards, adhering to established best practices and guidelines



YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:


• 3+ years software implementation project management experience preferably in software/ecommerce industry.

• 3+ years of client facing experience in a technical environment with the ability to translate tech talk into business speak.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to execute well under pressure.

• Experience working in complex, multi-project environment with a number of clients is critical in order to be successful in this role. 

• Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization including business executives and technical experts.  

• Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and verbal and written communication skills.

• Possessing a technical background is an asset.  Our Project Managers interface heavily with internal and partner engineers and it helps to understand their language (ie. HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, API Configuration). 

• Experience in the travel industries is an asset.

• Experience working with Airline Software Systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, SITA is  an asset.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation is an asset.

• Knowledge of productivity tools including Salesforce, JIRA and Splunk.

• Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and overseas as needed to meet with partners.
