The Warranty Claims Lead will manage incoming warranty claims from initial request to resolution in an efficient, timely, cost-effective manner to assist consumers, customers, contractors, and the sales team with all warranty issues.

The US hourly range for this full-time position is $19.00-$23.00 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
