Responsibilities Support employee communications manager on various projects and initiatives... Focus on execution of strategic communications, writing, visual presentation of information, and other deliverables Support development and implementation of clear, concise, consistent content to explain internal objectives and initiatives to global employees Support creative storytelling methods to build awareness and excitement for employee engagement and employee communications Support the visual design of materials (graphics, promotional material, PowerPoints, infographics, etc. ) Develop ideas, write and edit content for internal and external audiences and lead approvals processes Lead internal and external projects and document processes. Develop content for various communications tools, including Web, promotional materials, videos, tradeshows, presentations, brochures, graphics, posters, product information sheets, etc. Implement and deliver effective, consistent content to explain and build awareness around internal initiatives Ensure communications follow corporate brand guidelines, across all channels Provide change management communications support, as needed Coordinate with corporate communications and other Corning businesses, as appropriate Drive a data and analytics strategy for communications and build regular reports Travel Less than 5% Education and Experience Bachelor s degree in Communications, Journalism, or other related field required. Minimum three-five years of communications experience, preferably in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, or communications-related field. Required Skills Ability to lead, organize, and prioritize Excellent verbal communication skills Strong writing and editing abilities, including proficiency in Associated Press style Capacity to work well under pressure with ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines Ability to assess priorities and manage many projects simultaneously Excellent organizational skills, detailed-oriented Self-motivated with a demonstrated work ethic and a commitment to delivering outstanding work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Capable of working independently and interdependently Confident advocate of new ideas Soft Skills Self-motivated to achieve excellence Strong interpersonal skills, especially in listening, problem solving, and influencing Effective at teambuilding and leadership Customer-focused Ability to work flexible schedules to accommodate different global time zones Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with changing requirements . Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
