POSITION SUMMARY

The Corporate Account Manager will serve as a point-of-contact for the corporate client, in addition to coordinating the day-to-day support functions for a group of assigned accounts.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily point of contact for corporate client for day-to-day operations for assigned programs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships in all directions
  • Works to achieve company and client goals simultaneously
  • Acts as a liaison between corporate client and internal partners
  • Manage timely and accurate program set up and ongoing maintenance
  • Manage order releases
  • Manage one off client sourcing requests
  • Manage, analyze, and process customer distros/events
  • Manage new store order to cash process to support complete, on time deliveries for all stores
  • Identify and strengthen operational areas of opportunity for the accounts assigned, escalating where appropriate to the National Account Manager to meet desired results
  • Report creation on designated cadence, timely analytics, actions, and presentation of results and recommendations to internal and/or external partners
  • Present material and lead discussions as requested
  • Partner with Finance to resolve any billing issues
  • Support team initiatives working synergistically with other team members, ensuring all tasks, duties, and projects are completed, assisting others as needed, complying with company guidelines, and being a ambassador of the department.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Demonstrate ability to complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-up
  • Ensure professional, accurate, and timely communication to complete tasks and resolve issues
  • Analyze and problem-solve effectively and efficiently
  • Work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Oversee all phases of assigned projects to ensure completion within budget and schedule
  • Work independently and take direction from multiple sources globally
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all tasks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar field, or 4+ years of experience in a related role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask/prioritize based on urgency
  • Knowledge of the metric system, multi-currency transactions, time zones, and geography
  • Ability to travel 1 to 2 times per year.
