Technical Account Manager

Cortex is a B2B company driving decarbonization in commercial real estate. Looking for a Technical Account Manager with a customer-first mindset to drive product adoption and customer success.

Skills

Strong customer-facing experience
Technical competency in building mechanical systems and energy management
Knowledge in commercial real estate or facility management
Ability to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers post-sale
Drive product adoption through direct engagement
Educate customers on software applications and opportunities
Serve as domain expert for customers and internal teams
Coordinate customer onboarding and assist with technical integrations
Perform technical reviews of potential customer buildings

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field
