Your job: 

  • Lead the development of AI solutions that transform complex construction industry processes into streamlined, intelligent workflows

  • Architect and implement machine learning models, focusing on both traditional ML and advanced generative AI approaches

  • Customize and fine-tune large language models to address specific construction industry challenges

  • Design and conduct experiments to validate AI solutions' effectiveness and scalability

  • Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to transform promising prototypes into production-ready features

  • Establish best practices for AI development and implementation within Cosuno

  • Mentor team members on AI/ML best practices and drive technical excellence

Your profile:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

  • Excellent Python programming skills with a focus on production-grade code

  • Experience with ML ops and deploying models to production environments

  • Track record of turning research concepts into practical business solutions

  • Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to various stakeholders

  • Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals, neural network architectures, and modern AI frameworks

  • Experience in implementing complex ML models using PyTorch or TensorFlow
