Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of SEC filings, including the 10-K and 10-Q
- Review earnings releases and public documents
- Prepare quarterly financial statements
- Research and implement complex accounting issues
- Work with internal and external auditors
- Assist in compliance efforts for financial reporting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA license required
