On Strategy, we partner with senior operations leaders to evaluate key trends and inform decisions driving growth, external partnerships, and business development. On Special Projects, we develop and project manage initiatives that transform kidney care for teammates and patients within our geography.The Senior Analyst – Strategy & Special Projects is a key partner on a team that senior leadership depends upon for insights. The role is suited for a high-character individual who likes challenging problems, thinks creatively, has great communication skills, and is a team player. Work successfully with diverse stakeholders• Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate at multiple levels (written, oral, presentation) and to any type of professional audience.
