As a Lead Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security architecture for enterprise technologies, cloud infrastructure, business systems, data management, and related solutions. You will work closely with the Architecture group leadership and other domain architects to establish and align the security strategy, standards, policies, and roadmaps. You will also collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.WHAT YOU'LL DOKey Responsibilities• Design and implement security solutions for enterprise technologies, cloud infrastructure, business systems, data management, and related solutions.• Contributes to the development of architecture-related governance patterns, policies, and standards.• Use the findings of security events to improve our security architecture and posture continuously.• Drives service level improvement with cross-functional teams.• Research and evaluate emerging security trends, threats and technologies, and recommend appropriate solutions and enhancements.• Provide security guidance and support to business and technology partners.• Educate and mentor other architects and engineers on security best practices and standards.WHO YOU ARESkills and RequirementsTechnical Skills:• Cloud Security: Understanding best practices for securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure and OCI)• Network Security: Balancing business and security requirements for network safety and functionality.• Software Development and DevSecOps: Integrating security principles into the development process.• Identity and Access Management: Protecting data from unauthorized access while ensuring accessibility.• Scripting Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Python or PowerShell to automate tasks.• Operating Systems : Addressing security concerns unique to Linux and Windows.• Security Architecture: Designing and implementing secure systems.• Threat Modeling Assessments: Evaluating potential threats and vulnerabilities.• Encryption: Understanding and applying encryption techniques.Soft Skills:• Excellent Communication: Articulate security policies and procedures clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Problem-Solving: Developing innovative solutions to complex security challenges.• Leadership: Assessing risks and making informed security decisions.• Critical Thinking: Evaluating risks and making informed decisions.• Organizational Skills: Managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field or 6 years of relevant experience.• 6-8 years experience in a cybersecurity related role.• Strong experience designing and implementing secure systems and cloud security• 3+ years experience in Cloud Security (preference to AWS)• Strong knowledge of enterprise Governance, Risk and ComplianceUSD 117,300.00 - 195,500.00 per yearCompensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $117,300.00 - $195,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
