Junior IT Systems Administrator

As a Junior IT Systems Administrator, you will be tasked with providing technical assistance for various queries, installing and configuring computer systems, managing user accounts, and overseeing IT service desk operations using Jira Service Management. You'll also engage in maintaining the performance, security, and availability of IT systems while working with technologies such as Linux, macOS, and Windows.

To qualify for the Junior IT Systems Administrator role, candidates should have experience in IT support or system administration. Proficiency in various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux is essential. Strong analytical skills to problem-solve efficiently, as well as excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical users, are important.

You will work with a range of technologies, including VMware, AWS, Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira, and various operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux.
