About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Lead who thrives on data-driven decision-making and has a knack for running high-impact paid campaigns. This role goes beyond just managing ads—you’ll be involved in client strategy, project execution, and vendor coordination to ensure top-notch campaign performance. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a team within our performance marketing vertical.
What You’ll Do:
Performance Marketing & Strategy
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and track key performance metrics
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
Client Servicing & Project Management
• Be the go-to person for clients, ensuring smooth communication and strategic alignment.
• Present performance reports, insights, and growth recommendations.
• Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure campaigns run flawlessly.
• Manage multiple accounts, ensuring campaigns are launched and optimized on time.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
• Work with external vendors for media buying, content creation, and ad placements.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates.
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, PPC, and paid media (agency experience preferred).
• Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, GTM, and Data Studio.
• Experience in lead generation, e-commerce campaigns, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver measurable results.
• A proactive problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
