Job Description

Are you a driven sales professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career with a market leader in modular space solutions? We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships within the construction, trade, and industrial sectors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage new customers in construction, logistics, industrial, and related sectors.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings, site visits, and consultative sales.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track performance, manage leads, and drive sales conversions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to provide the best solutions to clients.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of outbound prospecting experience (B2B sales preferred).
Experience with consultative selling and developing long-term client relationships.
Strong communication skills – ability to present, negotiate, and close deals.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and virtual meeting platforms.
Ability to travel (10%-20%) for key client visits.
