Our association client located downtown Chicago is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team on freelance basis that has the potential to turn into a full-time role!This contract is approximately 38 hours a week. This is a Hybrid position; Must work 3 days a week onsite, downtown Chicago.Our client is needing to bring on a Digital Marketing Specialist as soon as possible for support. When responding to this role, please indicate how soon you would be available to start.Digital Marketing Specialist Capabilities:• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and content development.• Exceptional understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.• Forward-thinking individual who can see and sell the big picture; ability to think creatively and innovatively.• Must excel at writing and be extremely detail orientated.• Exceptional writing & communication skills for multi-channel marketing campaigns• Strong member relations and interpersonal skills with a high level of response to all inquiriesDigital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications to promote select CRD credential programs• Creating marketing plans and communications to recruit and retain designees and certification holders.• Develop/execute/manage social media content for all CRD products, designations, certificates, events, promotions, and courses, aligning with CRD marketing strategies.• Write and manage promotional copy for print collateral, e-newsletters, social media, blogs, and websites• Create and distribute engaging, inspirational, and useful content that connects with members and consumers• Work with Director to develop new member benefits and maintain existing• Track the success of marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.• Create/manage a social media content calendar and assist with social media strategies• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metricsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
