Our national multifamily real estate client is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join their team full time, hybrid onsite 2 days per week in their Dallas office, 2 days in the field visiting surrounding communities, and 1 day work from home. The client is willing to pay relocation for anyone who is not already local to the Dallas area.The Regional Marketing Manager will support critical lead generation marketing efforts and be responsible for brand management across 35+ apartment communities.Regional Marketing Manager Responsibilities• Manage about 35 apartment properties with critical lead generation efforts, ensuring key goals and objectives are achieved.• Analyze market trends and data across the industry and within local geographies to understand implement critical marketing tactics to support lead generation.• Serve as key onsite marketing contact across communities, ensuring brand is conveyed strongly and overall observations are tracked.• Foster key relationships with onsite community teams to support marketing efforts and leverage observations to guide marketing tactics.• Manage marketing strategies including advertising campaigns to effectively drive leads and overall conversions.• Collaborate with Regional and National Marketing leaders to inform marketing strategies and regularly report on campaign performance.Regional Marketing Manager Requirements• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience; lead generation and sales-driven experience required.• Professional services, real estate, or similar industry experience; multifamily real estate experience ideal.• Exceptional organization and overall communication skills; proactive problem solver and highly eager marketer.• Detail oriented and proven background supporting lead generation efforts to support sales goals, ideally within the Dallas area; relocation available for those not local.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
