Web Content Manager

Our client, a healthcare services provider based in Newtown Square, PA, is looking for an onsite Web Content Manager to join their team for a 12-week freelance assignment, with the possibility it would be extended for 1 year.This role is 3 days/week onsite in Newtown Square, PA.Responsibilities:Supporting a software migration of 30+ websites to AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).Working in conjunction with an Adobe implementation coordinator.Manage content management system, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance.Oversee digital asset management platform, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution of multimedia assets.Configure and customize work intake system to streamline project management processes.Establish governance for use of business systems and serve as a subject matter expert across the enterprise.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support internal stakeholders.Requirements:• 5+ years of experience using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Workfront is a MUST• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or related field• Proven experience administering Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Assets, and Adobe Workfront• Experience with health care and/or regulated industries preferred but not requiredCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
