This is a contract position through 1/31/2025 (potential to extend) requiring hybrid onsite in Hoboken, NJ.You will be responsible for managing a large beverage supplier or health and wellness supplier's offsite media within the Trade Desk including reviewing setup and data, and providing audience optimizations. This position will require working cross-functionally with the sales team, account team, and Trade Desk representatives.The campaign manager owns the execution, recognition, and delivery of revenue closed by the sales team. The campaign manager owns the strategic planning and execution of the campaign. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring the Campaign Manager to independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns in his/her portfolio. Campaign Managers will be responsible for client-specific requirements, providing expertise in optimization strategies and guidance on best practices related to client communication.The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, DSP experience with The Trade Desk, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization.Top 3 Skills:-Strong proficiency with Trade Desk (not looking for a fast learner, need someone with an existing proficiency)-Professional hands-on experience building and delivering media plans for new client opportunities using strategic insights and best practices.-Expert at audience segmentation and targeting.Responsibilities-Plan, execute, manage, and optimize managed service and self-service campaigns-Understanding upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tactics-Defining metrics and measuring the success of campaigns using internal analytics-Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the full digital campaign life-cycle (from pre-sale to post-sale)-Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in the team's shared document repository-Lead daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns-Strategic oversight of large accounts and client relationships-Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal teams through exceptional client service-Traffic campaign tags into all ad technology environments-Oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance-Formulate proposals for new client opportunities-Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for the campaign launch-Partner with the Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation-Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities-Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation-Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns-Provide campaign wrap-up reports-Provide monthly auditing reports to partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable-Attend client meetings, as neededQualifications:-Must have prior experience with Trade Desk-3+ years of Campaign Management experience managing the day-to-day campaign maintenance, including internal and external questions regarding accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and the performance of various campaigns-Expert in audience targeting and segmentation-Experience with Media Planning, Building Media Plans, and a firm understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.-Experience with multiple digital media products and channels: Social, Display, Mobile, Search, Paid, Programmatic, etc. Specifically, keyboard experience within Paid channels such as Display, Mobile, Social, Search, and Programmatic, etc.-Experience in bid management, campaign management, campaign optimization, and digital media operations across search and display.-Client-facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively navigate through issues.-Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elementsBenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
