Our well-known healthcare client is looking for a Senior UX Designer in a long-term contract role!This Role Is• 40 hours/week• Fully Remote• 1 Year Contract with potential for extensionThe Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience In The Following• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a UX Designer• Designing and building in Figma. Building and maintaining design systems (i.e. UI components, light mode/dark mode)• Working with preset branded design standards• Taking insights from UX research and translate those learnings in to UX/UI designs• Designing for Accessibility (WCAG)• Working with UX Researchers to ensure designs are resonating with users• Healthcare industry experience (a huge plus if it was for a hospital specifically)• Working in an Agile environment!As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for:• Designing and building in Figma for a specific project/initiative for one of their hospitals. The work will consist of setting up design systems in Figma, and creating enhancements for their in-room displays at the hospital.• You will take direction from their Lead UX Designer, as well as work with UX Research team members. You will interface with their product management teams, running in an agile environment!• Collaborate with UX Researchers on their findings and recommendations to plan and deliver Use Cases, User Journeys, User Flow Diagrams, Navigation Structures and Information Architecture, in order to best optimize the user experience of their digital properties.• Create designs that advocate for patient / user needs, deliver on business requirements, and contribute to a best-in-class user experience• Create and deliver storyboards, wireframes, interface modules and pages, prototypes and design specs• Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.0 AA Accessibility StandardsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
