Our global travel client is seeking a Video Production Manager to join heir team for the next 3 months, with potential to extend through end of 2025 for the right fit!The hours will start around 20hours/week in January and will ramp up to 40hours/week.Location: Onsite 2 days a week in downtown Chicago, with travel up to 3 times a month (day trips & overnights), mostly domestic.About Us: Join our dynamic Special Projects Team, where we focus on producing high-quality internal and external videos, including sizzle reels, interviews, and media videos. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Production Manager to help us bring our creative visions to life.Key Responsibilities• Oversee the production of various video projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.• Coordinate and manage all aspects of production, including casting, logistical planning, and shooting.• Negotiate and manage licensing agreements.• Utilize Workfront for project management and workflow optimization.• Manage production budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.• Collaborate with creative teams to provide recommendations and insights.• Maintain and leverage industry connections to enhance production quality and efficiency.Qualifications• Proven background in production environments.• Experience in casting and logistical planning for shoots.• Strong negotiation and management skills for licensing agreements.• Proficiency in Workfront or similar project management tools.• Budget management experience is a plus.• Familiarity with Creative Suite is a plus.• A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to make recommendations and drive projects forward.• Passion for production, ability to wear any hat, roll-up-sleeve mentality.• Strong connections and knowledge of the broadcast and production industry.If you are passionate about video production and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you!In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
