  • Manage schedules, workflow, resource workload prioritization, stakeholder communications through executive level and delivery of projects.
  • Work on multiple workstreams, supporting the cross functional teams in bringing evergreen content, product launches, experiences and campaigns to market
  • Develop strong relationships across the org to ensure efficiency and seamless collaboration across all channel owners and key stakeholders
  • Create, update and maintain schedules for programs to ensure we're tracking towards major milestones and clearly communicate and escalate risks in a timely manner
  • Champion the implementation of new processes and ways of working across the team
  • Continuously maintain and update and share creative project status and project management tools where applicable

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of creative project management, production or account management experience
  • Experience with the creative production process across multiple channels (broadcast, ooh, print, digital etc.) and a clear sense of project scope, key stage gates and milestones and how long a creative project may take to complete.
  • Ability to build clear project plans, GANTT charts and proficiency in project management platforms and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and contributors on large-scale projects/rollouts including agency partners, internal product and technical teams, and creatives.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills - the ability to translate complex or large tasks into manageable, actionable briefs and milestones.
  • Flexible working style - able to lead teams and projects calmly through change and ambiguity

In accordance with the applicable law, the following represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum compensation range for this position:

  • The estimated annual pay range for this role is $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
    • There may be future opportunities for continued pay progression based on continued strong performance in the role.
