Glossier is looking for a strategic, creative, collaborative, and experienced Creative Operations Project Manager to join our team. Our in-house Creative team is responsible for a range of content - from building and refining Glossier's brand voice and messaging, retail/experiential production, to product and packaging design for each of our products. This role will help our team bring Glossier to the public, through end to end project management of the assigned initiatives in close partnership with the rest of the creative team, the wider marketing org and cross functional teams across Glossier.
The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of a commercial creative process and has worked closely with either an in-house creative team or creative agency in the past. They are passionately organized, a great communicator and able to translate commercial business needs into clear and concise creative briefs and direction.
Day to day, this role will work on exciting projects from large scale 360 campaigns, to events and activations and developing strong evergreen content. While also ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget without compromising the best in class creative work that we strive to deliver.
