About Lemon8
Lemon8 is a lifestyle content sharing app featuring photos and videos in various categories including: beauty, fashion, food, travel, home, fitness, pets, and more. Users can discover beautiful, authentic, and diverse content and interact with like-minded users to create a youthful community. Lemon8 offers ease of viewing with its double-column feed, and provides personalized content recommendations based on users preferences.
Lemon8 currently operates in Japan, the SEA region (Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam), the UK and the US.

What you will do:

• Manage the Lifestyle Fitness vertical
• Manage the end to end creator partnership establishment including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery and quality, report and analysis
• Use data to identify uprising creators; attract and cultivate strong connections and relationships with the creators in order to develop and scale creator partnership programs for Lemon8.
• Analyze creators' content & performance and propose innovative solutions to help creators achieve platform success
• Coach and guide creators on how to edit posts (photo/video) to improve platform content quality and create external facing graphics/visuals when needed
• Demonstrate product expertise and educate creators on our best practices to help them accelerate their growth and ensure creator deliverables meet business expectations
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to help shape the approach to content and influencer strategy

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the Lifestyle vertical and interest in fitness and managing related creators
• Experience in digital creator space with knowledge and experience leveraging tools + data that help identify and activate creators
• Existing media relationships and has experience working with creators; Good understanding of social media; aware of the latest trends on social media
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and has worked with global teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for the creator's economy; Graphic design skill is a plus
