As part of our commitment to creating a dynamic, people first workplace, Credit Karma is looking for a Head of Total Rewards to lead our company's total rewards strategy and delivery, encompassing both compensation and benefits programs. This executive leadership role will ensure successful execution of benefits and compensation processes and programs, while also partnering with Intuit and the Credit Karma executive team to design solutions that work best for Credit Karma. Reporting directly to Credit Karma’s Chief People Officer (CPO), this cross-functional leadership role requires high EQ and partnership across all Credit Karma functions, as well as leveraging and investing in the relationships with our Intuit companies.

That’s why we implemented role-based compensation, which ensures people who are in the same role receive the same pay with variations for geographic location only. It’s all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary range for this role is $330,000- $370,000 , plus equity and benefits.
