Analyst, Compensation
Cresco Labs is looking for a Compensation Analyst to design, analyze, and administer compensation programs ensuring competitive pay rates, equity, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of compensation theory, labor market trends, and regulatory compliance.
Skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of compensation compliance regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze compensation programs
- Ensure pay practices are transparent and equitable
- Collaborate with HR and management teams
- Perform research on market competitiveness and compliance
- Administer annual compensation processes
- Manage salary structure and compensation surveys
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
