We have a spontaneous and vibrant culture, and we truly believe in team spirit and collaboration.Part of our Global Talent Acquisition Team, your core responsibilities will be to:• Manage the entire executive recruitment process from the brief with stakeholders, to the salary negotiation & closing of the process• Build a robust sourcing strategy based on market data and intelligence as well as leadership expectations• Deliver Executive Talent on-time for open requirements through the ongoing engagement and nurturing of talent pipelines• Select appropriate channels to source candidates and engage talent; innovate, be creative, pilot new ideas• Lead the recruitment process balancing the requirements of multiple stakeholders including our internal teams and external vendors• Build productive relationships with stakeholders forging a collaborative approach; coach and provide feedback creating a culture of continuous improvement• Track performance and manage communication to all our teamsWhat do we require from you?If you are this person, you’ll recognize yourself here.• You have a proven track record of hiring at Director level and above in both in-house and external executive search• You are focused on delivering exceptional candidate experience with excellent communication in all scenarios#J-18808-Ljbffr
