Come grow with us!Job Description:The Audit Curriculum Senior Associate will work closely with the Audit Curriculum Manager, business leaders, Talent Solutions team members, and other firm personnel to support the development and execution of the Audit learning strategy and curriculum. This individual will provide insight and expertise on the full spectrum of learning, including needs analysis, adult learning theory, learning trends/leading practices, and learning analytics/measurement. They will proactively organize and prioritize work and manage relationships with a diverse team of partners and customers.Curriculum Design• Leverage knowledge of Audit Business Unit to identify critical knowledge and skills required to support client training objectives.• Recommend changes to the curriculum based on learner feedback or research findings.• Partner with content development team to develop engaging learning activities and assessment tools that can directly measure learning and application of concepts.• Ensure all content, learning activities, and assessments are mapped to learning outcomes as defined by the curriculum.Curriculum Management• Work with the Audit Curriculum Manager to develop a calendar for curriculum updates and new courses.• Review existing curriculum materials to ensure that they are inclusive, current and relevant.• Coordinate learner assessments for curriculum manager to measure learner progress in a course or program of study.• Manage recurring learning processes such as annual course update, course deactivation, and course closedowns.• Ensure courses are complaint with the standards set by NASBA, AICPA, and other governing bodies including Crowe’s internal controls.• Experience with the practical application of instructional design and adult learning theory to help guide and support our design team to deliver visually compelling solutions, and provide a rewarding experience for the learner.Project Management and Communications• Work with design, technology, and learning teams to track and communicate project status, issues, risks and decisions to the Audit Curriculum Manager and Audit stakeholders.• Demonstrate strong project management practices and take action such as adjusting due dates as needed, assigning tasks as appropriate, and providing necessary links and resources so that the team has the tools needed for each task.• Manage project plans and keep Audit Curriculum Manager apprised of project status, issues, risks and critical decisions at all times.• Work with the Audit Curriculum Manager to identify learning outcomes for each project and set the direction for the project.• Effectively communicates cross-functional team members while also managing up by providing managers concise updates and information.Key Competencies:• Strong knowledge and expertise in learning and development, including needs analysis, instructional design, learning trends, and learning analytics/measurement.• Ability to identify critical knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to support client training objectives.• Strong project organizational skills, including the ability to support and deliver concurrent projects on time.• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams.• Ability to create products with extremely high attention to detail and accuracy.• Ability to develop and edit content according to specific clients’ needs.General Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, curriculum design, or related roles.• Experience in a professional services. Audit experience preferred.• Proficiency in using project management tools, such as Microsoft project and SharePoint, to track and communicate project status, issues, and risks.• Experience with the practical application of instructional design and adult learning theory to help guide and support our design team to deliver visually compelling solutions, and provide a rewarding experience for the learner.• Knowledge of National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) continuing professional education (CPE) requirements and standards preferred.We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
