About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team in a newly created role as our InfoLink Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional and ongoing customer service and administration support to the Infolink and Technology Development.
Key opportunities for this role include:
· Provide initial inbound call support to customers before sending the call off to the Insite Support Team.
