You might just be the right candidate for us.• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of technical recruiters and recruiting managers to exceed individual and team-based hiring goals• Apply, measure, and consistently improve metrics on monthly/quarterly individual hiring objectives• Be accountable for overall team goals in line with industry benchmarks• Run regular team syncs, diagnose, unblock and resolve issues, meet the teams’ needs in order to be successful• Innovate on sourcing and recruiting strategies, recommending process adjustments, new tools and standard methodologies• Meet with and coach hiring managers with sourcing, referrals, offer details, closing, and help team do the same• Seek and maintain a thorough understanding of our engineering teams’ technical requirements, acknowledging qualitative as well as quantitative hiring needs• Be keenly aware of industry trends and competitive landscape, recommending involvement in relevant tech communities• Ensure timely information and data integrity in our tracking systems• of experience in technical recruiting and sourcing• Significant technical recruiting experience in startups or large firms contending with relevant technology industries• managing talent acquisitions teams including recruiters, sourcers and/or managers• Consistent track record of identifying and closing difficult to attract candidates• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing• Experience working closely with engineering leadership• Data driven, with experience in strategic planning, diagnosing pipeline health and funnel conversion rates, implementing processes to measure recruiting metrics• Exceptional at follow-through, detail orientation, resolve, and able to work well in a fast growing and changing environment• Excellent communicator, able to apply tact and diplomacy in all situations• Proven presentation skills, able to use data to influence decision making• Proficient with recruiting tools, systems, ATS (Greenhouse)• Genuinely curious about technology as well as the self driving car industry• Experience recruiting within the AV industry• Experience with Greenhouse, GEM, and/or Workday• Relationships with research departments at top engineering graduate schools• Software engineering and/or technical background• Fluency with Tableau/similar reporting tools• Competitive salary and benefits• Medical / dental / vision, Life and AD&D• Subsidized mental health benefits• Paid time off and holidays• Paid parental, medical, family care, and military leave of absence• 401(k) Cruise matching program• Fertility benefits• Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account• Flexible Spending Account & Health Saving Account• Perks Wallet program for benefits/perks• Pre-tax Commuter benefit plan for local employees• CruiseFlex, our location-flexible work policy.
