Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will conduce the end to end recruitment in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talents for our growing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will partner stakeholders to build the pipeline of qualified candidate for staffing needs and identify recruitment approaches and strategies to maintain a healthy talent workforce within the firm.

Responsibilities
-Supporting the company's HR and Talent Acquisition function in full-cycle recruitment process; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
-Partner with HR, leadership teams and hiring managers to understand the workforce needs, and develop job adverts and role profiles
-Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
-Engage and provide seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout their application process
-Stay up to date on market trends and best practices in recruitment tools to continuously improve operations and processes
-Collaborate with HR operations for employee related matter to onboarding, off-boarding employee relations, and internal transfer administration
-Coordinate with internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties and support HR with employee queries
-Collating and checking all new starter documentation and maintaining all associated platforms
-Updating and maintaining employee records on HRIS efficiently and accurately and ensure compliant with all confidentiality and data privacy regulations
-Vetting candidates background checks -- including Right to Work, DBS checks and reference checks
-Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and produce regular metrics reports
-Support HR strategic projects and ad-hoc staff activities/events as needed

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-5+ years of proven records in recruiting within a high-volume, fast-paced industry
-Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills with a knack to build and foster relationships with candidates and stakeholders
-Strong organizational skills, with keen eye for details and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
-Experience working with niche roles across international markets is an advantage.
